There is always comfort in the mob, but at Go: Fitness Columbus gym this is not the norm. We offer coaching services to small classes to ensure each person gets proper attention of the coach. We use several fitness strategies like:
- Fast F.I.T: This is a session that lasts for 45 minutes, and enrolls a small number of people per session. Each session has a coach who masterfully leads the group through various exercises with the aim of burning body fat.
- Pump & Pedal: This session lasts for 60 minutes. Its exercises generally zero in on a full body workout. The coach will take you through exercises like indoor cycling among other intensive workouts. These exercises are made to be fun to motivate you to keep going.

Membership at Go: Fitness Columbus gym is a process. We do this in a three tier procedure to gather information about your goals, where you at in regard to attaining those goals and the route you would like to take to achieve them.
- The first step is to establish your goals followed by a warm up or a work out using the Cardio equipment and the Medicine ball.
- The second step will be the use of the Free Motion Resistance Equipment Circuit
- The third step involves nutrition and metabolism to keep off bad eating habits.
We have two types of membership: you can enroll for discounted group training or our premium personal training services. You will have a professional trainer for either of the two services. You also have the option of joining us through a monthly or an annual membership option. The two packages mentioned earlier can be incorporated into your membership program or you can opt to enroll for them separately.
