Group Fitness Training Sessions
You can’t build a great home without solid Fundamentals. Likewise, before we begin to build more advanced layers of fitness, you first need to establish proper movement and a base level of conditioning. With a challenging, full-body program, Foundations will ensure that you avoid injury, make progress at your pace and begin the path to success. (30 min.)
The ultimate in dynamic large Group Fat Burning and Conditioning workouts. Plan on burning 300 to 500 calories in a session and then continuing to burn more calories for the next 24-48 hours after the workout is over. Trainers ensure that all fitness levels get a great workout. (30 min.)
Want to get stronger, look better, and even move better? Then CHISELED is your solution! In this large group training session, you will use heavier weight and lower reps to help you build strength, without building bulk. This program combines old school movements with modern, scientifically proven methods to achieve better definition, strength, and stamina. (30 min.)
Burn-30 is a 30-minute, including a 5 min warm-up, bodyweight-only, non-choreographed, high-intensity workout. It’s a tough session that involves intense bursts of exercise punctuated with short rest periods. MetaBurn-30 focuses on exercise techniques and proven bodyweight movements, that is designed to set your metabolism on fire. (30 min.)
Beast Level Anaerobic Strength Training is for any person wanting to push themselves out of their comfort zone to improve their overall performance. Pulling out all the "toys," trainers will push you to go at your best effort to conquer strength, endurance and mentally challenging exercise circuit. (30 min.)
