Who Are We

Founded in 2001, GO: Fitness is one of the longest-running privately owned gyms in Central Ohio. We’ve built a reputation as “the gym for the rest of us.” A welcoming, functional, and community-driven gym.

Our owner, Nick, has been in the fitness industry for over 35 years. He has coached professional athletes, served as a strength and conditioning expert at The Ohio State University, and worked as a fitness industry speaker and consultant. Over the years, Nick has developed systems that help everyday people get stronger, move better, reduce pain, and gain confidence, without needing to live their lives in the gym.

Our mission is simple: Fitness That Fits Your Life. We design programs around your lifestyle, not the other way around. Whether it’s group training, personal training, or open gym access, we give you the tools, accountability, and support to feel and move better.

Our team of trainers and front desk staff are passionate about helping you succeed. Each coach brings their own expertise and style to our systems, so you can find the right fit.

Nicholas Osborne

For over 35 years, Nick Osborne has been a driving force in fitness, strength, and conditioning. He’s trained professional athletes, World’s Strongest Man champions, and entire varsity teams at The Ohio State University, including football, wrestling, field hockey, women’s lacrosse, and rugby.

But Nick’s real passion is helping everyday people feel and perform their best. His approach blends functional strength, effective cardio, smart nutrition, and recovery strategies into one complete, sustainable system that delivers lasting results.

That’s what makes GO: Fitness different. Under Nick’s guidance, ten’s of thousands of clients have learned how to train safely, stay consistent, and finally see progress that lasts — without extreme diets or fad programs.

Sharon Osborne

Sharon’s mission at GO: Fitness is simple: help every member feel good, succeed, and get stronger — for life. She isn’t just focused on getting people into the gym; her passion is guiding members step by step so they understand how to build and keep a healthy body that lasts forever.

With over 20 years in the fitness industry — and nearly a decade dedicated to hands-on training and coaching — Sharon has developed the perfect mix of personal coaching, education, accountability, and motivation. Her supportive, encouraging approach helps members feel comfortable no matter their starting point, while her expert guidance keeps them consistent and confident along the way.

Sharon is especially passionate about helping women navigate the unique challenges of fitness at every stage of life. From strength training and mobility to metabolic health, she makes sure every member has the tools to feel strong, energized, and empowered.

Dr. Cory Schierberl

Cory has spent more than 15 years helping people get stronger, move better, and perform at their best, from everyday adults to professional athletes and U.S. Army leaders. His coaching blends science, experience, and a practical approach that makes fitness fit real life.

Before coming to GO: Fitness, Cory led training for the Seattle Storm’s performance center and taught exercise science and sports management at several universities. He’s also helped design and lead fitness education programs for the U.S. military.

Cory holds a Doctorate in Sports Management, a Master’s in Coaching Education from Ohio University, and a Bachelor’s in Nutrition and Health Promotion from Ohio State. He’s also a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) through the NSCA.

At GO: Fitness, Cory’s goal is simple: help every client build strength, confidence, and lasting results, no matter their starting point.

Kat Miller

Kat's passion is igniting confidence through movement, helping you discover your own strength and capabilities. She believes movement is one of our greatest privileges, and she's dedicated to helping you celebrate what your body can do! Through her energetic and supportive coaching style, you'll be challenged, inspired, and reminded that every workout is a chance to grow stronger, both physically and mentally.
